aFe Power introduces an all new Twisted Steel Long Tube Headers and Y-Pipe Combo for the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler (JK) V6-3.8L. Improve your Wrangler's horsepower with these full length headers and catted y-pipe combo. In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +20horsepower and +22lbs. x ft. of torque as measured on our in house dyno. The headers are constructed of 1-5/8” 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 3/8” thick flanges to ensure a leak free seal. To eliminate flow blockage 3-to-1 formed collectors are used on the headers to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for maximum performance. The high-flowing Y-pipe is designed using 48-state legal 400 cell catalytic converters and 2-1/2” mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing for optimum flow resulting in added horsepower and torque. This system is designed to fit as a combo with all components supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.
Long Tube Headers

Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance.
Heavy Duty 3/8" Flanges:
3/8" thick flanges prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle.
Dual High Flow Catalytic Converters:
This system utilizes 400 CPSI (cell per square inch) 48-state legal catalytic converters for maximum flow.
Constructed of mandrel-bent 3" stainless steel piping to reduce back pressure and improve flow.
True Merge Collectors:
The y-pipe is designed using 2-1/2" stainless steel tubing and utilizes a mitered merge collector to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.
409 Stainless Steel Construction:
Constructed out of durable CNC mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength.
High quality OE style flanges and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.
The performance header and y-pipe are designed to be a true bolt on system with no cutting or modifications required.
