With three layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic media between 100% polyurethane top and base, this high flow, "oil-free" conical performance filter provides maximum convenience and easy maintenance with excellent airflow. Washable and reusable for multiple cleanings, the tall open evenly spaced pleats provide excellent dust holding capacity for longer service cycle between cleanings. Pliable polyurethane flange with integrated bumps insures tight, no leak seal over the life of the filter.

I installed it on my 04 Ram 5.7, took about 5 minutes to install. First thing i noticed was that it gave my truck a lower tone making the stock flows sound a lot meaner. Second was a noticable gain in horsepower/torque which I spent a majority of my day "testing" out.
After a year, I still have not had to clean the filter and have noticed a gain of about 3-4 MPG.
