- Worked perfect. Fitment was great.
- These should have came with the truck in the first please. Thanks to AFE for steeping up and designing a product like this for us that need a recovery point in the front of our trucks. Made and designed here in the good old USA. A quick 15 minute install. 17mm socket, extension and tq wrench to 51 ft pounds for the bolts after install and you are good to go. Thanks again!
- Good quality, modification necessary with non-TRD Skid
- Quality item but the description is misleading regarding modification. If you have the TRD skid-plate, no modification is necessary as there are notches allowing for the width of the hooks to seat correctly. If you have the standard skid plate, you will need to cut out a notch to allow the hooks to seat correctly and not rub/bend the plastic skid. I’m a bit annoyed to have discovered this mid install and will have to determine whether or not to keep them and cut or just hold off the install till I get the TRD skid.
