Overview

The BladeRunner intake manifold represents the next generation in intake manifold design. The BladeRunner intake manifold uses a unique MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology to guide the air through the manifold maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast 808 aluminum alloy, this manifold uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities. The BladeRunner comes with 2 ports for nitrous injection, gauges and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts. The manifold allows for the retention of the stock EGR valve and includes all gaskets required for installation. In recent testing the BladeRunner intake manifold outflowed the factory intake by 34% and resulting in gains of up to 11 HP and 27 lbs. x ft. of torque.

Patented MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) Technology:
To increase air velocity, the BladeRunner intake manifold uses aFe Power's patented MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) Technology that splits the air into multiple streams for increased performance and improved throttle response.

808 Aluminum Construction:
The BladeRunner intake manifold is constructed of 808 aluminum alloy for light weight and high strength. A black powder coat finish is added for styling and extra durability.

Five Auxiliary Ports Pads:
This intake manifold comes with 5 auxiliary port pads (2-tapped at 1/8" NPT) for use with gauges, temp sensors or nitrous oxide systems.

Pass-Through Bolt Design:
The BladeRunner intake manifold uses allen head bolts that pass through for maximum air volume.

Hassle-Free Installation:
This intake manifold comes complete with all necessary hardware, gaskets and bolts to the factory location for a hassle-free installation. This system uses the factory dipstick location.

With the Addition of a 50 state Legal Air Intake, its worth it.
The engineering difference between stock and the AFE w/EGR function is VERY noticeable.
I can see where the flow and turbulence has been accounted for.
Just having it installed for only 108 miles, I can tell the difference in throttle response and acceleration.
I DO have an Fresh Air Intake on it also. Which the 2 of them are very compatible together.
I already gained 2.3mpg with the FAI and expect only to gain more HP and TQ from the AFE.
