The Serrated/Helix design creates air turbulence in the intake manifold. This turbulence increases the air pressure in the combustion chamber resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. - Purchase with the CAI!!
- Allow me to start this review by saying that the TBS alone will not change much of anything. You are setting yourself up for failure if you think this part alone will change how the vehicle performs. Do yourself the justice and instal the TSB with the aFe CAI. Now we’re talking. With both parts installed throttle response is so much more noticeable and power is definitely obvious. I recently installed the aFe Mach Force exhaust and compliments the CAI/TBS nicely!
