Overview

Whether you’re replacing or upgrading your manifolds, aFe POWER delivers with an all-in-one, bolt-on kit for your 2011 - 2015 GM Diesel Truck with the V8-6.6L (td) LML engine. These hand crafted tubular style headers are constructed out of brush finished, mandrel bent, heavy duty gauge .120 wall, 304 stainless steel tubing. Also featured are; 2" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel up-pipes, with heavy duty 4" flex tubes, and a 3" 304 stainless steel down-pipe with factory style machined flanges. Tube lengths and mitered collectors are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance across the power band. This system is a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling. High quality hardware is included within this kit to ensure hassle-free installation.

Stainless Steel Construction:
The headers are constructed out of heavy duty gauge, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing with a .120" wall for strength and durability. The up-pipes and down-pipe are constructed out of 2" and 3" mandrel-bent 304 brush finished stainless steel tubing.

Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tube lengths and mitered collectors are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance across the power band.

High Quality Flanges:
These headers incorporate thick heavy duty, laser-cut flanges that are designed to match the factory nomenclature for a direct-bolt on, and leak-free seal.

EGT Ports:
Two exhaust gas temperature (EGT) ports are provided with this system. A 1/8” NPT EGT probe port is incorporated into the driver’s side manifold and a M14x1.5 port in the down pipe. This allows for easy installation of sensors, gauges or testing equipment.

4" Interlock Flex Pipes:

The up-pipes utilizes heavy duty 4" flex tubes with internal interlock liners.

Hassle-Free Installation:
This system is a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling. Gaskets and adaptors are included with this kit, along with high quality hardware to ensure hassle-free installation.

Factory Mounting Locations:
These headers utilize factory locations making it a true bolt-on system, no cutting or drilling required and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation.

Fitment Note:
This item will only fit 2015 models manufactured before July 2014 equipped with a non-flanged down-pipe.
