aFe Power is proud to introduce all new Twisted Steel (Street) Tri-Y Headers for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si with L4-2.0L VTEC engine. This high performance headers deliver the perfect balance of pure, race-inspired performance and sound. The Street version comes equipped with a 400 CPSI high flow catalytic convertor for optimum flow. In recent testing the “Street” header produced +12 horsepower and +10 lbs. x ft. of torque on our in house dyno. This performance triple-y header is constructed of 1-5/8” primary tubing which merge to 1-7/8” secondary tubes, with a 2-1/2” exit. The tri-y design pairs opposite firing cylinders with equal, specifically tuned primary lengths, maximizing scavenging and torque throughout the power band. Integrated 6” flex tubes are used for added strength and durability. This system constructed of high quality, brushed finish, 100% TIG-Welded 304 stainless steel tubing that is mandrel bent to reduce restriction and improve efficiency. The headers are a direct bolt-on system which requires no cutting or drilling.
Paired opposite firing cylinders with equal, specifically tuned primary lengths maximizes scavenging and increases torque throughout the power band.
This system utilizes a 400 CPSI (cell per square inch) catalytic converter for maximum flow.
4" Interlock Flex Pipes:
This unique header uses a heavy duty 4" flex tubes with an internal interlock liner for added strength and durability.
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.
Brushed 304 SS Construction:
This header is constructed of durable mandrel bent brushed 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking.
aFe headers are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.
