This awesome Mach FORCE-Xp Axle-back exhaust system produces +12 horsepower and +10 lbs. x ft. of torque. The Mach FORCE-Xp exhaust system is constructed of mandrel bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing and uses all factory mounting locations for an easy 1hr install time with no cutting or drilling required. This system uses a unique 3" resonance chamber to cancel high frequency sound waves producing an aggressive tone on throttle with a smooth sound at cruising speeds. The elimination of the muffler produces a weight savings of 15 lbs. This system is comes with an aggressive black 304 stainless steel dual tip to finish off the exhaust.

- Music to my ears...
- Purchased to give my 135i a little more snarl. I'm not disappointed - as it really produces wonderful noises without breaking the bank. Full throttle is a blast, and the burbles at idle and downshifts are hard to resist. As I have a cabrio, it's fun fun fun to make it scream with the top down. However the drone can become a little tiring when cruising in the city at lower RPMs (2-3k). I tend to drive in a higher gear to cut the noise, as it will go right thru the car to your seat. But it's not enough to diminish how much I really like this system. The oversized black tips are legit, and apparently the whole thing bolted right into the factory mounting points without too much issue. I had my mechanic install it when I had rear brakes replaced - he charged me 1/2 hour for labor and was impressed by the fit and finish. But his biggest grin came when he told me about that sound...

- In short this is the BEST sounding exhaust Ive ever put on a car for the 135i it sounds absolutely sultry and wicked! It has a great sleeper aspect to it the larger tips hint at more than stock but its not a radical departure. Its subtle and stealthy until its not. Make no mistake its definitely not stock and when you get on it or blast through a tunnel the sleeper definitely awakens! I listened to a ton of sound clips for the N54 motor before choosing the afe Mach Power XP and honestly it was the sound of it that sold me of all I listened to this one was the cleanest the deepest the most aggressive at WOT yet also remained non-invasive in the cabin for daily driving. In this day and age its a bit rare that advertising delivers but in this case when afe says it was actually designed with the tone in mind specifically the resonator is meant to produce a deeper note they werent kidding and the results are absolutely true to their word. It has a very pleasant deep burble at idle and sounds just like a better version of stock when cruising around but step on it and it brings out a very smooth tuned and completely aggressive roar. Sprinting off the line it seriously howls! People snap their heads around to look because it sounds like youve got a lot more than stock under the hood but its really just the incredible sound of this exhaust system.Besides the amazing notes it produces I love that it has no annoying drone inside the car. Honestly that can get pretty old. Its just enough louder over stock to let you hear what the engine is doing important for those of us that drive stick and drive by sound as well as by feel and sight and instrument reading but isnt at all disruptive to interior comfort and doesnt ever get tiring as the miles fly by its just a reassuring hum that your Mach Power is at the ready.Engine responsiveness is definitely improved so theres the added performance benefit obviously as well although I did spend more time ranting about how great it sounds sorry it just really does sound so sweet but yes the gain in horsepower can certainly be felt.Amazing looks sound and performance this one is aces! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Congratulations to afe on an AMAZING exhaust set up!!!
