The Large Bore-HD 5in 409 stainless steel race pipe without muffler eliminates the use of the restrictive diesel particulate filter (DPF) for maximum performance and extreme mileage gains. This free flowing side exit exhaust system outflows the factory exhaust by 300cfm is constructed out of durable 5" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and uses bayonet style hangers and band clamps for a hassle-free installation. This system is designed with no muffler and comes complete with all tubing, bayonet hangers and band clamps.
Installation is a Snap:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust systems utilizes factory mounting locations providing stability and includes all necessary hardware for hassle-free installation.
High quality OE style band clamps are used for a complete 36 sealing surface.
A muffler delete-pipe is used for a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow.
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

Large Bore-HD exhaust systems are constructed of mandrel bent 5" stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's.
