aFe power introduces a true 4" Down-Pipe Back Large Bore-HD dual exhaust system for 2015.5 GM Diesel Trucks with V8-6.6L (td) engine. This Large Bore-HD down-pipe back exhaust system is constructed from 4" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower and torque. The down-pipe back is designed with a unique tapered flange to fit the flanged down pipe found on models built after July 2014. This kit uses a 24" free-flowing muffler to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound, then is finished off with a 6" black stainless steel clamp-on tip with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.
Installation is a Snap:
This system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.
A unique high quality OE style tapered flange is used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.
This exhaust system uses a mitered merge collector to convert the standard single exhaust to an aggressive dual exhaust.
A free-flowing 24" long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig.
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tips holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time. A bolt on hanger mount is used to support the driver side tube.
Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is constructed of 4" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower and torque.
6" Black Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6" black stainless steel clamp-on tip with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.
Note: This kit will only fit models manufactured after July 2014 equipped with a flanged down pipe. Does not fit cab & chassis, Fits 133.7 " to 167.7" wheel bases only.
