- Great CAI for JL Wranglers
- Very pleased with the Stage 2 CAI for the new JLUR Wrangler. Sounds amazing (especially with upgraded exhaust) is well engineered/built, and looks mean . Throttle response is also improved. Install was very easy and everything mounts to factory bolt locations -- only critique is that the intake air temp sensor port will not fit the sensor used on the JL 3.6. The sensor base is much larger (about the size of a quarter) and it is epoxy'd into the factory intake, so it wouldn't fit even if you could get it out without damaging it. Easy fix to order a JL IAT sensor from Mopar for $11 (which fits perfectly) but for the cost of a premium product specifically engineered for this model think the correct sensor should either be included, or at least mentioned that you will need to source one to fit the port on the AFE intake tube. (Not that check engine lights on Wranglers really matter...) -- Overall very pleased and would reccomend.
