- Everything was easy to install and it sounds amazing now just waiting to see how much it helps me with mpg.
- Solid product, need better install instructions,
- I have a 2019 ram 1500 classic ecodiesel. Installing this product proved to be difficult, I spent a few hours at first because the intake tube size ( stock is more oval, AFE is more round ) is slightly different from original going into turbo boot. Eventually I spoke with a mechanic who mentioned putting dish soap on outside of intake pipe and it slide in and I was done after 10 mins. I have ram this cold air intake for about 2 months now. I have not noticed any increase in fuel economy, I actually believe I am getting the same if not worse. Running trucks at its peak power 2k rpm’s you can hear the suction of air and I would agree it has some power increase. My biggest reason behind buying this was to keep my temp cooler when towing, it has helped do that some.
